We all share the desire that our children will have the capacity to lead meaningful lives.
Experiencing “educational excellence" at JCDS involves students having the opportunities to develop the skills and dispositions to improve our world and to live engaged lives, both during their years at JCDS and beyond.

Excellence in a school setting means making connections across all developmental areas - cognitive, social, emotional, spiritual, physical - what we call "Engaging The Whole Child." We help our students understand that they are integrated human beings and that all of these areas of self-development are important and reinforce one another. Through our intentionally pluralistic Jewish community and rigorous study, we nurture curious exploration, critical thinking and ethical hearts in our diverse, joyful student body.
