When parents, grandparents, and community friends volunteer their time and energy to the school, they inevitably gain pleasure and satisfaction from their involvement in the community.

Sometimes volunteer arrangements respond to designated institutional needs, and sometimes they flow from the unique interests and ideas of the prospective volunteer in coordination with the staff and leadership of the school.
